Orders & Order Confirmation

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

Orders are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or email. Your order reference number will be shared upon placement.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of order confirmation are the prices that apply.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For bank transfers, you must upload a valid payment receipt during checkout. Orders with unverifiable receipts may be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Sale items, stitched garments, and perfumes are not eligible for return.
